I'd be surprised if anybody has one, they're not shipping yet and none of the shops have them locally in China yet.
I had a chat with 1 of the sellers on Aliexpress & he said that the 10" version with Android 2.1 will be available after 15 th of July & at present its just the pre-order. I would prefer to wait & watch for some time before ordering it.
I'll also point out that the release date was the 23rd of june and then the 29th of june and now the 15th of july.I ordered one on the 28th. Still waiting...
man I really want one of those tablets , but if soul says that not even in the store yet I am worried. I assume by aug they will have them out

Things in China just take a while. :) As soon as they hit the shops here, that means they started shipping to you guys and I'll be posting info on them.

Hearing from several people it's out and others saying it's shipped. But getting mixed info on what people saying was shipped and what is available.I have some free time this Sunday from my jobs, will be hitting the markets then and providing info on the different ones I find available. Going to get out and go see these in person. Will post info as soon as I get back in.
soulstar2010 - look forward to reading the info (if you can find one), have been looking at them online, but would be nice to hear something from a real person :)if they are any good, you thinking about getting them on yours?

Got three kinds currently available:Type I: a VIACPU with 128-256 mb ram running Android 1.6Type II :a Rockchip CPU with 128 mb ram running android 1.6Type 3: AZenithink 180 256 mb ram and running either Windows CE or a real buggy 1.6 (It was so buggy most shop keepers decided to run it using Windows CE)Got the Windows CE ZT180 sitting on my floor now, will post more info when Igot a chance to play with it. As for getting more, I need to examine it first.
any updates on the Android stability?i just posted in another thread for info as i was talking to a seller -- they were just released with Android. I'm wondering if this is the final people are tlaking about? Only WinCE were usually available, now Android is out...i think 2.1Is that the unstable thing? It's the Zenithink ZT-180.... well, actually as I mentioned, ZT-180 is just the CPU name, the seller told me the unit maker is "ePAD"thanks

I've come to not reer to things in China by "brand" no such thing. I can "brand" anything here in China. All the sellers are selling are made up "offbrands" with their own fanciful brand name for it.I can call it an AndroidClone ePad ZT180 Tablet if I want, but not going to. Hah!Easier and more accurate to refer to things by CPU names or subproductions of lots in my experience. Things vary so much in China.ZT180 is the CPU. There are VIA-CPU and Rockchip ePads as well. Are they "ePad"s? Yes, the box says so. There are just different versions of "ePad" A fanciful made up product brand of an OFFBRAND product to begin with.

To be fair though Soulstar, just visiting the Elecronics markets in Shenzhen isn't a definitive low down on what's available. As for people saying the only 2.1 build that is available is buggy. That's like the old Chinese saying 'people without grapes claim grapes are bitter'. The stability issue was news 2 months ago when the tablets where in early development, and ever since every seller who is low down on the supply chain has been grasping onto it to try and avoid being exposed for what they are. If you live in China you will know the term Guanxi, well this is tablet Guanxi 101 for you. See who has real 2.1 Android tablets for sale that are stable and are physically proving they have them with original videos and pictures. So the sellers who don't have the tablets are either 1. low down on the supply chain or 2. waiting for their bogus spec pads to be made to try and copy the real ZT180 2.1 units and use cheaper parts.

[quote name='FairlyInformed;21110]To be fair though Soulstar' date=' just visiting the Elecronics markets in Shenzhen isn't a definitive low down on what's available. [/QUOTE'] And have never claimed it to be. Most of the stuff is just made in Guangdong Province to begin with, lots of things tend to make their way out onto local avenues of retail as a result.I'm merely posting info on different things I've found and what others may be selling if things sound fishy... If somebody is selling a 10 inch tablet from China, with pictures used by everybody else.... something doesn't seem right. We've seen it countless times.Ebay searches prove how many people are just dumping pictures they've ripped from each other and not even trying to offer a fair and accurate representation of what they have.... much less take a photo of what they have. When I'm out and about looking for specific things, I'll post what I find. Whether it's from hardware variances I find, to what different people have told me. People can be pretty tricky trying to push stuff off as something else. If there are "ePads" floating around in the same shells and boxes as these ZT180 "ePads" but have Rockchip and VIA-CPUs instead.... don't you think that's something important as well? And the fact that coming across them on the streets has been more common than coming across the ZT180s is surprising? What are the odds ones of the "waiting for their bogus spec pads to be made to try and copy the real ZT180 2.1 units and use cheaper parts. " tries to pass it off as something it isn't overseas?Empower the people I say. If people are aware of the variants floating around, then it helps them as a consumer to make choices in the free market.
