just curious but why would you want a tablet to look like an ipad?
I wanna run on all fours, just like anyone around me, so I run after my friends, but my friends wanna catch me. I'm not like anyone else, cause they just wanna hurt me, stop me and torture me but that's alright. Cause I know who I am. but still no one believes me.

Why not, that's the beutey of Android, if you want it to look like another OS, to an extent you can!
Anyway, I don't know about themes but I found a particuarly good launcher clone of springboard from iOS.
Not sure how it'll run on yours but it ran like butter on my Momo7 Talent!

In Google Play there's a lot of nice and cool themes to choose.
