Win CE is a embedded OS, it depend on specify hardware.

I know little enough to be dangerous 
I was kinda hoping there were more discussion on android ports to CE devices here. though I don't have a tablet per se, but a handheld, one of the last of the iPAQ line, HP Travel Companion, with GPS, Bluetooth, wifi built in, it would be a neat little device if support weren't dying off quicker than a shoal of fish in a volcano.
