I would like to hear about Hyundai's reputation and support. This looks like a nice tablet so if they have a good rep for updates and support I might order one. Be cool to say I have a Hyundai tablet.

Hi. Does anybody know how to download official firmware? Or any another firmware for this tablet? The official site is available for China's proxy only and they made new firmware 2013-5-22.
http://www.hyundai-d...d.asp?ClassID=1
But I can't download it because of an error!

Unofficial Firmware from Frontier

- Fully rooted (SuperSU 0.99)
- Internal system partition upgraded to 2GB (from 1GB).
- Chinese applications removed.
- Various system optimizations (zipaligned packages).

here

1.Have the power cable and usb cable plugged in

2.While turned on in Android, press and hold the power button

3.Click the first confirmation and then begin to hold both the power and volume+ button

4.Click ok to the second confirmation and let the tablet reboot

5.Windows should detect the tablet
1.If RKBatchtool can't detect and windows gave you the sound new hardware was detected you have to install the drivers

2.Go to the device in device manager and right click it and select Update Drivers on it

3.Click Browse your computer for your drivers

4.Go to the folder where you extracted RKBatchTool and select the driver representative to your OS

5.If it doesn't successfully install the drivers you either have the driver select or the wrong device

6.Open RKBatchTool and if it is chinese click the first button on the bottom left and select the bottom item on the list

7.Select the path to your firmware with the ... button on the top right

8.If the device is green it means it can upgrade if it's a different color restart the process and you shouldn't have to install drivers

9.Press the upgrade button and wait(make sure your tablet is stable and you have a good usb cable, the one they supplied with my tablet was junk)

10.After upgrading your tablet should reboot and begin installing the new firmware

Now I flashed a ROM
tablet is faster and smoother, so I recommend flash

AnTuTu benchmark is the same
previous ROM 14990
Last ROM 14970

so after half a day playing with the new ROM - maybe a little faster, but I expected more

Hi Petr_Stepanek,

I got read that a lot of Hyundai China tablet user complained about their very poor tablet casing build.

Problem that i read on some forum for Hyundai X900 Rk3188 :
- The casing is somehow loose / not properly attach, because of this they need to keep pressing the casing to make them attached again.

- The material of the plastic casing looks like those cheapo plastic (i think both front and back all use plastic material).

- Camera quality sucks big time especially if you take photo at low light. But again i think all china tablet camera quality also quite bad.

Can kindly give some advise/review for the above issues.

I would love to buy this tablet, the only major drawback actually those casing issue and no GPS

I flashed latest ROM from Visture - VISTURE V97 HD FW 20130610, and I satisfied.
Tablet is much faster.
