Seem fair, making a gesture on touch screen over image triggering action does not hold any ground for a patent.

That's Apple's speciality: Patents for something which normally couldn't/shouldn't be patented! Like the Rectangle form of an Handphone!! And many more!!

Agree with you. but apple brought the smartness in daily gadgets.
