Hi all,

I purchased a tablet (ployer momo 12) from DidoBuy in the UK about a month ago. It now will not switch on and I need to contact the company to return it. Their company address has changed from somewhere in Slough to Cardiff, but the address appears to be a Yellow Self Store Unit when viewed on Google Maps. I'm not getting an answer when I call the phone number I have used before nor am I getting a reply to my email.

Can anyone help, they are listed on this site as Authorized Business Sellers.

Thanks

Vikki

Mate NEVER NEVER NEVER buy from businesses whose address is located within a self storage facility!
I'm currently fighting one of those fraudulent smart guys with the help of the Ombudsman, item bought through Paypal and they cannot help because their transaction protection advertising is misleading.
Be advised.

How did you pay it? Take note of any event because if the business owner has disappeared then you might need to ask help to your local Ombudsman

Hi

Their address changed after i purchased the item unfortunately.

They have now replied to my email saying to sent it back, however will not honour the collection service advertised on their website. I've asked if i can return it in person as i don't live that far from the address and to be honest I'm wary of sending it to them and then hearing nothing back.

Still waiting for a reply. I paid with credit card through Paypal.

I think the best outcome for you is to get money back and run away but it has passed more than a month so I don't think this is an option.
Luckily you can return it in person, be sure you must do this way because if they refuse, then that means they're scammers.

I purchased two Ployer Momo11's from Didobuy in November for Christmas presents. I spent a longtime checking them out before buying from them. I had a problem with one of them and they exchanged it for a Pipo tablet in December. I recently had a charging problem with the other Momo11 and after emaling them they said to send it back for repair. I sent it back and they replaced the charging hub. The only problen i have had with them is that they won't refund my £9.75 postage and there comumunication is awful. I also noticed they removed there contact number from there website and changed there address too.
