thanks a lot, but I cannot find a file named ...TNT5... following your links. I'm downloading Yuandao.N90.2-CZ-4.1.1-20130110-CZ.zip (468MB) from the first link: is it the correct one?
Thanks a gain

ehm... just scroll down... yuandao_N90_TNT_R5.zip found, thanks! :-)

ok, just installed TNT5 on my n90ii. Problems with virtual keyboard: I touch on a key and he gets two events on different keys!
Does someone else had problems with it?
thanks

I've used successfully the tablet for 2 days: the problem seems to be disappeared. I've noticed that the tablet was pretty hot when the touchscreen presented such issue...

@Bradstallion - I had been on R4 for a couple months or so as well. No touch issues. I have noticed the occasional touch issue in R5 though as well but usually only when typing. It is odd you went back to R4 though and still had the issue? If you do some more testing on R4 and don't experience it again tell me. I have only noticed it a couple of times and usually only while typing in certain apps.

Thanks,

Roman

n00b alert!

Ive only just bought a N90 II..
What's the differences between the S and CZ versions? and how can I tell which one I have?

My N90 II was also having intermittent touch issues. Touch one part of the screen and it was like touching multiple parts on the same horizontal area o_O!
I gave the screen a really good clean, and so far so good. I think the screen protector that came with it had left a residue that may have caused this weird touch issue.

Still on the stock rom, and looking forward to getting it Rooted.

Cheers'

It's Silence .. Hmmm, I know Im a n00b, but gee thanks guys.

I decided to give the S firmware a go, and the tablet failed to boot. Blank screen with back-light on.
Tried the CZ version and it worked :) Phew. The feeling of possibly briking the thing was a little nerve wrecking.

All but one App works.

CIFS Manager :( Yet it works fine on the little ICOO D50 that Ive had for almost a year.
Reading around and it might be to do with 4.1.1 blocking CIFS extensions.

To sum up the CZ Firmware TNT Release 5 - Other than having a Rooted Tablet there was only slight (~150 points) difference is AnTuTu Benchmark.
