Help please novo fire stuck

to the device with "adb sideload <filename>"...


any ideas?

I would restart but I do not know how to , we can't remove the battery

Can you tell us a bit more what you did to get this message?
Any chance to run "adb reboot" instead? http://www.droidforu....html#post52825

You can safely turn it off it is just waiting that you push a firmware using adb sideload command.
Just keep power pressed for ten secs

I don't how to do before.

I finally could flash [Feiyu 0131] Ainol Novo 7 Fire Feiyu Jelly Bean 4.1.2 Firmware nad it works well
