My SmartQT20 fell on the desk (overturned) and touch does not respond.
Rotation ok, external mouse usb ok but touch screen not.
Disassemble SmartQ T20

I found the connector not well connected, so reconnected and put some tape (digitizer inside the tablet)
Now it´s working great.
