Hi. I have the same model and also some problems.
I have two models, they are the same on the outside but inside different: one has HSG7001A_V3(two touch) and WINCE 6.0, and the second with HSG7001_V4 with WINCE 6.0 (but different version, seems to be newer version...)

Any idea how to install Android on those?
