Hi

I'm having the same problem with my aurora 2,

Feiyu 1105 and above clears the issue. But using any other custom like cm,aokp and pa the broken colour down the left hand side appears again.

Any help on this would be great.

Also on top of that my wifi keeps dropping, I've changed WiFi channel on build prop to 14 no difference.

Just to clarify I'm running paranoid android 2.9.9.

I try aokp and pa too but problem still there I think this happen because all of these roms came from elf rom

is it possible to port cyanogen mod directly to crystal ( base on 1119 firmware )?

You could do your own port but its not easy. I'm 90% sure its the kernel causing the problems, there really is nothing else I can do from here, sorry. I don't think you can use the boot.img from the stock ROM with the CM based ROM's but I don't know that for sure. You can use the CM kernel with at stock ROM, so it could be possible to do the opposite. If you know how to unbrick your device and feel comfortable working with stuff on that level you could replace the boot.img and see if it helps. I do know that they mount partitions differently but don't know what other effects it would have if you tried to use a stock boot.img.

thank you but where is kernel file in cm? I can't find it

I try cm 10 + comp zip 1.7 broken color gone but g sensor and camera did'n work

so I put boot.img from comp1.7 to comp1.1 but after android logo i get black screen

I think the only comp zip work for me is 1.7(boot.img)


but i don't know what can i do about gsensor and camera

I try cm10 whit elf2 comp zip and no broken color any more but gsensor ,camera and wifi did't work

thank you fuser but I flash this comp zip and after android logo(green robot) I get black screen and nothing happen
let me explain what I did

1.cm10 + comp1.1 broken color on screen but every thing work (like camera wifi gsensor)

2.cm10 + comp1.7 no broken color wifi work but gsensor and camera didin't work(in game tablet freeze and I have to reboot I don't know maybe because comp1.7 missing many files)cm

3 cm10 + comp1.0.3 broken color gsensor and camera did't work

4 cm10 + comp 1.1 (whit boot.img 1.7) black screen after android logo


7. cm10 + comp1.1 (whit boot.img 1119) stuck on cm10 logo

8.cm10 +comp1.1(whit boot.img crystal clear) stuck on cm logo

9.cm10 + comp1.5 crystal clear (whit boot.img 1.7) black screen after android logo

10. cm10 + comp 1.3 crystal clear stuck on cm logo

I also put some files from comp1.0.3 to comp1.7

libmali.so and libump.so in system/lib

egl folder in sytem/lib

etc folder in system
and flash it but problems still there gsensor and camera didn't work

I try something else delete hw folder from cm10 main rom and replace it by hw folder from 1119 and flash it

whit comp 1.1 zip but broken color still there

I don'i know why but problem getting worse in cm10.1

I'm at a loss but I'll keep trying with the test zips. I'll just keep swapping around the files and see if we can get a combo that works. Got a big work day, then band practice, then valentines day afterwards, so the next zip probably won't be until tomorrow.

Interesting, if this works the same thing could be done for CM10?

I've exhausted all combos of the files in the the compatibility zips.

cm10(last update) + comp 1.1 + this zip stuck on ainoltabnovo7crystal logo

I know it happen after wake up and just on half screen

I test whit cm10.1 (2013-01-12 update )is this matter or not?

use it on PA since it's built against the latest PA.

look: this is the only trial, if it won't work, I'm sorry but you have to live with it or use a stock based rom

pa(last update ) + Crystal 2nd batch - v1.0+test-screen-corrupted.zip tablet came up but nothing change broken color still there
