I had try to download the Apps, without success. Now I wrote an Mail to the dev and got the answer that their server are totally overloaded. They had send me an link for an mirror and I've downloaded right now from there. Not installed yet, sorry, I couldn't tell anything as of now.

I'll upload the Apps in 2 parts to LocalhostR and post the Links for to download later here.

OK, here we go.

2 Files for to download a complete of 66.4MB, splitted in 2 selfextract files:
http://localhostr.co...e.sfx.part1.exe (35.84MB)
http://localhostr.co...e.sfx.part2.rar (30.815MB)

Just run the first part1 and it will extract both to: WindowsAndroid_earlyrelease.exe

Have fun and good luck, and don't forget, the nmae already mention it's an early release!!Posted Image

If you install Android SDK on your desktop and run Jelly Bean or ICS from it, it may works more stable!

Thanks for doing this.

This appears to work.

Just installed the version from the g+ cloud disk. g+ download link
(called Windroy_earlyrelease.exe)

It is not just a demo (I'm on Windows 7)
as I was able to changed the home screen wallpaper and move an App on to it as well as a widget

I've resized this but I think the screen resolution is 1280x800px

when opened a Dos Window first opens, and stays open throughout the session:

There are only limited apps:

Browser definitely works:
I was able to get to this Slatedroid News page - even requesting the desktop version -

Also able to get to Google Play (apps store)

BUT I have not figured out how to install or even download any apps since Windroy does not seem to have the Google Play app nor any easy to find file manager to click on any apk files.

I have tried to put some apk files on the virtual sd card but have not found a way of accessing them from within Windroy.

I think what I need is either Google Play (the app) or some form of file manager so I can access any apk file I store within the Windroy environment.

But this does looks very hopeful -
look forward to either a new release or even some kind of mod that will allow either Google Play - or a file manager with apps installer (like ES file Explorer)

Thanks

Could be an outdated graphic card or even old driver!
