Ainol Novo Hero 2 Quadcore touch screen not working

Hi last weel i've received my tablet from china, bought from the ainol novo official store
it worked well until January 22, now the touch screen does not go over: the tablet is on the lock screen and can not unlock it
you have any ideas on how I can fix this?
ps: I can not even get into recovery by pressing power and volume-set

questions:
is your device with defect touchscreen a lg-display (before sn 8841) or samsung-display (after sn 8841)

but the same problem.not working touch screen

is there anyway to get orignal default firmware of NOVO HERO II quad core. i tried to upgrade its frameware and now when ever i touch its screen it went of for like 3 and then turned ON for 8 second. don't know what to do.

I have the same tablet. I really cannot find the sn . Where can I see it? I ordered it 5 march, do u think it has thesamsung or lg screen?

Has anyone tried to open the tablet (maybe is a hardware problem)? Inside there are two ribbon contacts between the screen and the mainboard, maybe these are not well inserted...
