Ramos W30 strange power-off problem

one of ramos w30(1gb ram no retina) we used has problems on powered on when battery totally empty...when the device battery %0 and going off device not responding when we plug charger on it..no battery icon or anything.. tryed to push power button several minutes also tryed to push reset button some time no result..after some hours of waiting i tryed to plug charger again and device start to charge from %0 and can be power on... any1 faced this problem ?

my ramos w30 have a rear camera problem,its rear camera get distorted showing many lines,even hanged up sometimes,was not like this when i 1st bought it.all other function so far so good except for this ,i have already reset to factory default ,but it did not help,anybody have this problem,need help

I don't have the camera issue. But got the power issue. Run down to 0%, plug in charger but no charging icon. then i plug it out, press the reset button, and leave it to charge. After a while, it's ok.

Still facing this kind of problem.
then try Zeus's workaround.
  • push power+ reset button
  • plug charger again
