Resource Update

Current version update:

• This is first beta release for C94(H8_3a with bluetooth function).

The method of firmware installation for this model

Using TF card

• First extract the firmware which you get or download, then copy the whole "zt-update" directory into the root directory of TF card.
• Put the TF card into TF card slot, then press the "Volume Plus" button at the same time to press the power-on button, the machine will be installed the firmware and then reboot.

Note: keep charged when the machine is being installed the firmware. If you see "media is existed" for long time, you can use reset function to reboot the tablet.

the last one posted here was the 1205 ICS ROM and this one is 1224 ICS ROM and so far the change log seems better!!

I asked Zenithink if there is a H8/H8_1a version, but they said the latest version for the 1a is stil the 1205...

I'm new to this forum.

I just bought a Zenithink Tablet C94, and the bar code says 6QC94-8gb-2a-H8-xxxx, but my tablet DOES HAVE bluetooth, I don't know what to do, because I really need the bluetooth and I don't want to erase it by installing the update for the 2a, but also don't want to ruin it if I install the version for the 3a (with bluetooth) and is not a match. I don't have much of tech support so that's why I'm asking around here.

If anyone can help me thank you very much!

What ROM is currently on your tablet?

I think you should only use 2a ROMs if you know you have a 2a tablet....

Hopefully someone with a C94 can/will answer your questions....

Hi there I tried to update my rom, which i down loaded using my barcode to identify the correct rom.Unpacked on tf and incerted.What is the exact procedure to update.Do i need to clear cache etc.I realise i need to press vol plus and on button to enter.What is next? All help appreciated.

Put the folder named "zt-update" in the root directory on external sdcard. Press volume+ and power on and wait for upgrade!

Good day! I can not flash your tablet. Downloaded the firmware from off site, unpacked folder zt-update on the TF card. I boot from Holding down the Volume+ and Power. Get in Recovery ... And then what? Why not install the firmware?

And all the time in recavery after any comands writes E: Cannot load volume / misc!
what does that mean?

Hello,

I recently purchased a new C94 and I think I have broken it.
After starting it, I noticed the battery level would fluctuate quite badly, and on occasion the touch seemed not aligned properly.

I thought flashing the latest C94 from Zenithink would help. ZT285_H8_3a_1GB_Android4.0_1224_V1.09
The flashing process seemed to go well, but now when it powers up, the screen is completely unresponsive.

Checking the model I have, I notice it's 6QC94-3T-H8-8GB-ZNSSY003-E4.
So, I guess the 3A rom does not work with the 3T hardware.

Just out of curiosity, I thought I'd flash the rom again, in case something had gone wrong, but the same proceedure now show /Misc not found!

Any thoughts?
Does anyone have the 3T rom?

Unfortunately the 3t the recovery does not work, and impossible to put a custom rom 3t this is *oops

That happened to me too. Also, after I installed the update my tablet constantly freezes. I have yet to find a solution.
