UPDATE: I wish to apologize to GADMEI sInce I received full support and it's seem that the dealer was the only responsible by not providing me support. Everything had been made from GADMEI to solve my problem with the tablet but dealer refuse GADMEI the fulfil is warranty or product quality.
I will review that tablet later with a good product in hand. I do not know if my tablet was a conterfeit but buy your's at a well known dealer. I can assure you that GADME will give you support on your product.
