Hi all
My son bricked his Pandigital 7 (White) PRD07T10WWH7
I have spent 2 days on the forums looking for a way to debrick the unit.
Back ground on the bricking:
He did not plug the charger in when he was flashing to the latest Pandigital firmware and the battery died half way threw.

The only thing the unit will do is turn on and stops at the Pandigital Novel screen.
Will no turn off without unplugging the battery.
I put the latest firmware on an external flash card and held the power vol+ and nothing will not go to the android screen.
I tried the power vol+ reset button no android screen.
I tried USB to 2 different PC's nothing (does not see the unit)so ADB is out.
I tried unplugging the battery an then power vol+ (no android screen)
Does anyone have any suggestions other then serial port?
If you need more info just let me know

Thank you in advance
OldTimmer

Have you tried flashing FW from the internal microSD / with the external SD card removed?
YMMV = Your Mileage May Vary - Not even OEM FW is guaranteed "safe" to flash.

Sorry not hopeful without the serial mod cuz it sounds just like the first time davidr bricked his when the SH20 FWs first came out.

Do you get anything if you try flashing with no cards in?

Sorry :( No ADB means the serial mod at this point... Unless anyone else cares to suggest anything?
