Thanks Maverick! I just finished download but all docs are in Chinese and is hard to follow success update process.
Is there any guide in English?

Refer to the tools and steps listed in post #21 on this thread by Incinerator. I used the RKBatchTool 1.6 he provided on his post and followed his steps and it worked for me. BTW his RKbatchtool is in english by default.

If you need to root it once your done refer to this topic, I also followed these steps and it worked for both my X600 and X700

I can't reach official site to check if there is new firmware for my hold x.

Can someone help me and tell me what's latest firmware for Hold X 8GB no bluetooth version? Mine is dated Nov 28 2012.

If there is a new version, can you please somehow share it, since i cant reach hyundai-digital.cn

oh thank you very much!

i never thought that its actually for both 8gb and 16gb devices.

i just finished updating, and got back those chinese apps :(
is it safe to delete those apps, on last firmware i had them frozen instead, but now i would delete them


btw, what happened to hyundai-digital.cn? looks like site is pretty much dead, and i was actually considering to buy another hyundai device. that t7s looks very good, and price is nice too, but i wouldn't wanna buy it if they stop customer support

It's safe to delete. RootAppDelete from Google Play works fine with me.
