EDIT: SOLVED

The solution was quite simple:

1)Format the MicroSD, in FAT32
2)Copy all files in ICS o JB ROM to install, in SD root
3)Insert the SD card into tablet
4) THE KEY: Press Home button and Power button. When the dim screen appears, then release the Power button. White robot don´t appears, but DON´T RELEASE THE HOME BUTTON UNTIL 20-30 SECONDS and......voila!!! the green robot, and the flashing will start.

Dim screen - means what u-boot and uImage files erased/corrupted from nand memory in tablet.

Easy to resolve - just flash JB custom ROM EN03 with aml_autoscript http://www.slatedroi.../41380-jb-roms/

aml_autoscript shall write u-boot and uImage files to nand memory, and install JB.

After that, if you do not want JB, you can flash any ICS firmware

Many thanks, but I had resolved the problem reinstalling (at last) an ICS version.
