is there any way to fix market compatibility on stock rom?
Only changing build.prop doesnt work...
Any Ideas?

because with a new batch crystal I get really good benchmark results..

By adding the .xml files to permissions folder, this fixes compatibility.
The only problem now is that when downloading an app, it gets stuck at "downloading..."

Anybody know why?

I get 8873 with SoulGem. Unfortunately, I don't know of any way to fix the play store without flashing a custom ROM.

It works on 1119.

Hello guys, i own an Ainol Novo7 Crystal tablet and running 0912 stock rom.
Here's what i did to "fix" Play Market (at least i'm now able to install Google Chrome and Cut The Rope).

1st of all - i've rooted my device.
2nd - i've turned my device into a Samsung Galaxy S2 by editing build.prop
Here's what you should change:

ro.product.model=GT-I9100
ro.product.brand=samsung
ro.product.name=GT-I9100
ro.product.device=GT-I9100
ro.product.manufacturer=samsung
ro.build.product=GT-I9100
ro.build.description=GT-I9100-user 4.0.3 IML74K XXLPQ release-keys
ro.build.fingerprint=samsung/GT-I9100/GT-I9100:4.0.3/IML74K/XXLPQ:user/release-keys

3rd - used XML's from the post above.
4th - cleared Google Play and Google Play Framework data (via Settings -> Apps)
And 5th - restarted my device.

I use Nexus 7 to fix play store compatibility and I can download Pocket Planes.

Flashed the latest stock ROM.
Rooted
Modified the build.prop -> Nexus 7
Replaced xml files in system/etc/permissions
Cleared Google Play and Framework data and cache
Restarted

Still cannot install Pocket Planes.

I will try again by flashing Gapps...

Cannot install gapps update zip
In recovery i have the following message

Veryfying update package
Installation aborted...

I have batch 2 tablet
Rooted
Replace the xml files with good permissions
Modify build.prop
Clear data in google framework/google play

Market still limited???

Edit : Ok i just understood that i need CWM to flash GAPPS... not working w/Stock Recovery

this what I did:
1. flash latest stock
2. reboot
3. using cwm root system and flash gapps
4. reboot - google search FCing, ignore
5. replace build.prop and xml files, change all permission to rw-r--r--
6. reboot
7. using cwm do full wipe
8. reboot
9. open market and update

I found out how to get playstore fully working e.g. with GTA 3 and max payne.
Simply download CM10, extract the permissions. replace yout permissions with those from cm10.
Now you can even get Max Payne and GTA 3 which is working nice on the crystal.

Has anyone tested Asphalt 7? I get n loop at license check. I didnt had that problem on cm10....

Just a small FYI, I did all the procedure here for Nexus 7 fingerprint... Now i'm having a lot more Apps but not all... Still poweramp appear incompatible and now all the apps i've bought, i have to repay for it...

if playstore doesnt show your bought apps, you can try to clear cache of playstore and googleframework or delete your googleacount and re-add it in android settings.

To get all apps, look at my last post.
