Guys, I need help I just bought my Ramos W30 yesterday, and today I decided to try the apps I installed the day before. And while I was playing a tower defense game, it suddenly freezes and everything wouldn't work. I couldn't turn it off, or reset it. It's been 1 hr and 11 minutes now, and it's still stuck on that screen... What should I do?

On the official Ramos website has showed up new firmware to Ramos W30
It's not asign any changelog to it.

Posted this on the discussion thread but the changelog seems to be something like this:
Critical update:
1. Optimize charging efficiency and battery management, more power
2. The depth to optimize the wifi the performance and strategy, Sleep no longer turn off wifi
3. System Stability Optimization
4. Several bug fixes
5. Reset Reset revised to 10 seconds

Also ive updated my tablet. Before my brother was saying that Vector game was lagging quite bad at points but now its running perfectly since the update and also now games like real racing now seems to have no noticeable fps drops.

I'm waiting for my tablet when will come back to me from warranty then I will update or maybe at the service made update to the newest firmware.

I have received back my tablet. Unfortunately with old firware. The reason what tablet didn't want to turn on was broken of main board which there has been during changing a firmware, Fortunately people from service didn't bind those two facts

Now I'm afraid put new firmware because last time when i did it, tablet was bricked. But from other side it's very annoying when tablet turn off wifi during asleep.
