As of today, there's an official JB firmware available from Cube: http://www.cube-tabl...id4-1-firmware/
Maybe this helps you in developing a custom JB rom?

Perhaps I did not understand the explanations.

what I did
I just downloaded the rkbatch tool
I ran it.

It says my android device is detected

After that If I click on Erase NAN I get MSC can't do erase NAND
if I click on Flash ROM I get "MSC device can't do upgrade"

If I click on "reboot to flash mode" tablet locks with black screen

After that If I have to click a long time on the power buton to turn the tablet off
then again to turn it on

When you click the reboot to flash mode then the tablet will get
To boot loader mode and the tablet screen will be black and you should be able to erase the nand and flash rom

I have been using the stock Jelly Bean firmware for a couple of days

The calendar is back and working OK (was missing in ICS v1.03)

It is quicker than ICS but I am finding that the battery life is much shorter

I am quite lazy and tend to leave it ON all the time and just let it sleep with wifi set to turn off when the tablet is asleep. With ICS I would need to charge the tablet every 1 to 2 days But with Jelly Bean it will not even last overnight

I flashed back to ICS today and the battery is back to long life!

I wonder if the wifi is not going to sleep properly in Jelly Bean even though it is set up to do so

give a try to my CubeX JB i made some mod to the build.prop battery stand by so it should work even better that ics also it set as a nexus 7 for market compatible apps

thats strange the media fire link is working fine. i will upload it to dropbox but cant with the roms cuz they also are on mediafire. try difrent browser if thats the problem.

could someone running my jellycube give a test to the gyroscope sensor please i'm on CUBEx and i dont get any reading that is working. on playstore i try a app called SENSOR KINETICS' THANK

The gyroscope doesn't work with the Jellycube too.
How can I do this working?

Hi,
the only bad thing with this rom is the battery life : it is very much slower than ICS rom ....

Darkrickpr, can you do something with this rom (I have wifi problem with cubex).

The Gyroscope doesn't work with stock 4.1 JB.... Only with ICS
Maybe not the same hardware in all u20gt?

Return back on ICS...
