The battery display of my tablet now always show 100%. That's too inconvenient, i cant tell when the tablet is out of battery. I tried to reup FW 1.4 , 1.5 (both custom and stock)many times, but it didnt work? Anyone knows how to fix this error ??? Thanks so much

Connor, Many thanks for this WA! I have battery drain problem, applying this method...already after 5 hours I got 100% charged! Is it still needed to charge 10 hours or more?

NO, IT'S ENOUGH, you can turn off tablet from outlet

Explanation

What the fix does - the fix repairs incorrect register value of tablet power chip (the fix did not harm your hardware in any way) - some kind of "nulled counter".

As a matter a fact when you applied the fix and after reboot the indicator showed near 0%, your battery had charge much more - so and the charging process is much shorter.

Next charging/discharging cycles must be as usual.

This worked on my v801, fixing the 100% bug:)

Edit-spoke too soon, only worked for 1 day, back to stuck at 100% again.

2nd edit-seems I was hasty, it is going down, so all is good for now.
