I too have been trying to find some info. I know several things that stand out to me that help in the price being lower in comparison to the Asus TF300T which it looks like it somewhat compares to.

- They are using DDR2 instead of DDR3. Not sure why as I though DDR2 actually was starting to cost more since older tech.
- They are using TFT instead of IPS LCD technology. Not sure how much this effects price, but probably a little.
- They are using 16GB instead of 32GB
- Camera is 5MP vs 8MP for rear cam.
- It does not have built in HDMI. Need docking cradle for this.
- They do not have docking cradle with built in keyboard like Asus.

Now I realize this seems like a big list... but I still think for $199 it is not a bad offering.

The sale is a 1 day sale I believe so I think I might bite and hopefully not out $199.

Looking to get this for one of my children... I personally want the Asus TF700T with docking keyboard... but not sure I want to spend that much at the moment.

There are a bunch of reviews on YouTube for this tablet. Check out the thread on this over at slickdeals.net:

Yeah, I see its back to $320 at newegg. Not interested at that price. Seems to also be lacking a usb port, which seems inconceivable.
But if anyone does buy one of these things, let us know what you think.
