Built on 1031 stock firmware (which is the newest as of 11/6/2012). Honestly not sure what changes PiPo has made although it does feel a bit smoother. We have made some major changes of our own though!

Changes Made vs. Stock
-Rooted
-Expanded app partition to 2 GB
-Build.prop mod for improved market (based on SGH-I777 Samsung SGS II which has the closest chipset to the RK3066)
-Permissions modification for improved market
-Removed useless apps
-Added root explorer, superSu, videoediter, gallery with picasa support, sweet Asus weather widget, docs2go, ESfile Explorer, Genie Widget, english dictionary fix, Signal Booster
-Improved launcher (SO MUCH SMOOTHER! Stock JB launcher that we use on our M1 releases)
-Prettier and simpler boot animation
-Fixed MicroSD card issues! Thanks to Tablet_Modder Here at FMA for his permissions fixes!
-Left the stock ebook reader and shelf widget in the firmware per the requests of some other users!

New TNT changes from Release 1 to Release 2
-Based on newer stock rom (1031)
-HUGE THANKS TO Christian Troy from Dragon Devs - Helped us figure out how to modify "framework.jar" so that hopefully more games work (specifically Gameloft). Asphalt 7 is the one game I know of that didn't launch before but now works great!

Official Release 2 Firmware now available! Go to: http://www.topnotchtablets.com/support , then click on the "firmware" button, then click "RKbatch" RK3066 Firmware Utility, Guide, & Firmware Images" and then finally click, "Pipo Movie M3 Jelly Bean TNT Release 2 Firmware Image" to download the firmware image.

Flash normally (instructions and tools are on the page).

Regards!

I am not sure if this will work with 3G or not. I don't think so as I think they have different firmware? We will probably be developing for the 3G version in the near future though. If someone wants to fetch the firmware and provide a download link (I hate getting it from PiPo as their download services suck) I can hop on it :).

Yes it is the latest version. Download from the official website. Can download to any resource. I hope for the creation of TNT firmware for the 3G version. :)
