As they are not bothering to reply to any emails does anyone have a phone number or direct email address to one of there staff?Thanks.

In the same boat, just a tad annoyed, no reply either, only news i have got is whats on the blog and that doesnt ring true. Why ship 30 pads out and then try and fix rom and work out update process? see Enso - Enso BlogIf anyone has an email please let us know

Think I will give them till the end of today then ask my credit card company to do a charge back.

I'm willing (atm) to give them a go, if only they would return emails at the minimum, dont mind waiting for a product that works.

Sent an email earlier today stating I would get the cc company to do a charge back if they fail to respond today and finally got an order cancellation email and a transaction refund email.

Seriously, after the original Zenpad fiasco, why would anyone be surprised that this company is pulling yet another set of shady shenanigans with their supposedly "new" products?Get your refund while you can, trust me.Enso Now is not a company I would ever do business with. There is a reason they lost their paypal account.

when i got my package the invoce had a telephone number on it. contact person is Alberto Armandi. and his number is (+852)60629762 hope that helps
