It is a problem known as sleep of death, happens when the device cannot wake from deep sleep probably in relation to wifi management. Please read this thread, we are struggling to find a solution. Welcome aboard! :-)
Ps: try something like ds battery saver, might help...

Hi!

It is a common problem.

It can be rounded by one of the two possible solutions (for now):
1) Wake - PowerManager. In the configurations you must choose PARTIAL_WAKE_LOCK.
2) GreenPower Battery Saver.

P.S. The 1st option didn't worked for me.

would it be true if i go back to android 4.0.4?
or it will be solved by one of the programs ( Green Power Battery Saver) written above in android 4.1.1 ?

Same problem here. I read somewhere that in order to archieve the downgrade you should "disconnect" the battery. Since it's solded it may work keeping rebooting even when the battery is at zero. At some point it should be so discharged that it would work like a detached battery. After that, recharging should let the 4.0.4 firmware start. Could anyone try this? Or help us somehow?

Hi Alhakim,

4.0.4 with official Rom cannot be in stalled' maybe there is an error in the Rom. I tried everything. If somebody has 4.0.4, he should dump the Firmware To an IMG. File.
4.1.1 from 17.10.2012 has no Problem with deep sleep, but is not as fluid AS the newest and battery indicator is completely out oft order. Starting the tablet lasts double the time.

Cheers
