Motorola Xoom or Window N101?

I like Xoom because of its built quality but N101 use faster cpu. Which one will you recommend me? if I can buy it at the same price in my country (maybe N101 a bit more about 30-40$).

I'm not play game so much, just surfing internet, document, watch movie and listning music.

Does Xoom have less response so much than N101?

Have made a decision. I will go for Xoom :)
