That file isn't corrupted, thanks.
Is this method a Gingerbread-only method?
I am stuck in a bootloop no matter what I do (I followed the steps to install CM9/AOKP), tried with and without:
and tried both AOKP and CM9. I am obviously able to flash back to Mele's official 4.0.3 but I need the X-pad driver support in the kernel and AOKP/CM9 have that, but the Official rom doesn't.
hi David, are you the same as xda 'deivid_'?
is yes, I compile from android with make ARCH=arm sun4i_crane_defconfig this is for android.
http://www.lundman.n...#Android_Kernel have more information you have to compile modules with the branch 3.0.8 not the last because they are working with other kernel version 3.0.36 I think.
I download a zip from github for the version 3.0.8. and then compile from this zip because with 'git branch xxxx' does'nt work for me.
I have Mele firmware ICS.
I compile Hid-pl.ko succefully for my tesun dual psx adapter (chinnese), on a VMware Debian with 'mix' lundman instructions and RhombusTech.
I copy this on /mnt/sdcard/ of my mele
with a terminal emulator on mele I insmod and next plug the joystick, it recognized in dmesg, but I'll have to create a keylayout for my joystik , and app Joycenter didn't work because mele firmware don't have usb host API, but there are some joystick layout on /system/usr/keylayout in mele. you can see the Vendor and Product with lsusb command. if your xpad is recognized, or plug in a debian pc and compare.
hope. You can, I you have troubles sayme what modules, and I try compile ko for you.
