Firmware Upgrade - Watch

Hi

Thanks for posting the firmware upgrade vid. It really helped me understand on how to do it.
I am a newbie and I just got the Aurora II.

Can you tell me if I upgrade the firmware will it erase all my files, pics, favorites, setttings, etc?
Will I have to start over like it is a new tablet?
