Hey, Thought it would be a good idea to make a thread on this sub-forum to make people more aware that desktop linux is working on the Gemei G2.

Lubuntu (that's Ubuntu using the lightweight LXDE desktop) runs pretty darn well considering on the G2 (without even hardware acceleration yet):



If you have any issues installing or configuring Ubuntu on the Gemei G2 specifically, feel free to post here and you'll probably get better support since others use the same device.
