Nickos-V, but also Pandawill can sell OEM, instead of origin N70 (the same story was with Cube U30GT)

The best proposition on Aliexpress now is $141.99 with CNP, and $146.99 with HKP

OK. Couple of sellers on AliExpress have it for about the same price too. So, have some choice on which seller to pick.

Thanx for the Advice. The Situation is I live in Italy. Take a look at this site(which i was adviced androidmall.co.uk Are they reliabile? If not...does pandawill ship to italy?

http://www.androidma...et-pc-16gb.html this is the page. Please give me advice.

Androidmall.co.uk is just a UK registered website. This company ships from China not the UK!

Have you got this tablet in stock in the UK? This is quite important due to the high customs.
Thanks.
Hello, joseph

It is shipped from HongKong in 48 hours.
It is in stock.
we can Write a smaller value in the shipping documents so to avoid custom duties and tax
Thank you!

You should buy from PandaWill or AliExpress sellers with lots of sales. Better to deal with. All China sellers ship worldwide. Shipping to Italy is not a problem. Only have to watch out for custom fees.

*MINIX NEO X5 (RK3066) - OK. Not fun because uses mouse cursor.
*YUANDAO N80 DUAL (RK3066) - Very good
*CUBE U30GT (RK3066)- Defective; buttons broke in 2-3 weeks; Bad quality control!!! I will never buy a Cube again!!! - Very good while working
*WOPAD I7 (RK2918)- About OK. Sluggish because has weaker ARM chip (RK2918) & less RAM (512 MB).

Mind sharing your changes in build.prop for future owners? Also, please post a review - how good is tablet doing in games, what is battery life, is screen readable in direct sunlight and stuff like that. And are there any problems with touchscreen and wifi?

I just received it today, haven't fully played around yet.
Wifi seems quite ok, a fair bit better than my Optimus 2X
Wifi speeds are great thou.
Screen is fairly good, can't do a good comparison cause i only have this tablet.

I'll do more tests when i have time.

Stuff that came with it
https://lh6.googleus...s/s722/2012 - 1

Facebook and stuff can be installed yourself anyway, i preferred if it didn't come with those crap.

Antutu and Quadrant is installed by me.

If i'm not wrong all RK3066 has play store cause they have been certified by google and is allowed to load play store on them.

Chrome is not compatible in play store, probably need to side load using an apk.

EDIT: Yep chrome works with apk install

Get first review (in russian though, you can find original here). Author used 0630 firmware (not last one), had an issue with android.process.acore stopping (it didn't affect tablet's work though, just was a bit annoying). Might be result of rooting via SuperOneClick, though. Chainfire3D working fine on rooted tablet. There is no standard ICS launcher, it replaced with GO launcher HD. Screen is really bright even when backlight is set to 30%. WiFi is strong enough to pick up signal nicely through two walls. No overheating it seems (it gets warm when you play game, but not hot). Most of the time tablet is working at 1.0 Ghz, but at peak loads it can jump up to 1.2-1.6 GHz. GLBenchmark results:
GLBenchmark 2.1 Egypt Standard: 7040+ frames 62fps
GLBenchmark 2.1 Egypt High: 7016+ frames 62fps
GLBenchmark 2.1 Egypt Fixed Time: 45281+ msec 62 fps
GLBenchmark 2.1 Egypt Offscreen 720p: 11375 frames 101 fps
GTA 3 works flawlessly (according to author) with all graphic settings at max (have a little issues at first, but was fixed by switching to home screen and back), ShadowGun (Tegra3-version) works flawlessly (with reduce texture quality option turned on in Chainfire's settings) even in scenes with water. Dead Trigger is not working (which is shame, hope it will be fixed somehow). Riptide is working flawlessly, too

Do you think it's the best 7" tablet out now? Would you Raccomand it?

It's not my review, i just translated it. I would recommended it though. RK3066 is better than AM8726-MX (quad core video instead of dual core, better performance in tests, higher stable frequency of CPU (1.6 vs 1.32)), screen is good (there are rumors that N70 had a AFFS (S-IPS) screen), Window(Yuandao) is releasing new firmwares for their devices and owners report build quality as very good.
The only thing that bothers me - is working time, there is no actual numbers yet. Well, I read on some chineese review that it runs 3:20 showing 1080p videos, but I doubt it. Another owner reports that (he is not sure about it, though) that tablet used up about 60-70% in something about 2 hours, while he was playing some of new demanding games, like GTA or such, which seems more realistic.

There is a bug that the battery percentage don't report correctly, the latest firmware doesn't seem to fix it as well.
Also AFFS is said to be inferior to some china users, it seems ok to me on my side.

I gotten mine from android-sale, isn't the cheapest but i can't find any safe sites to go to.

I'm getting 7.5MB/s write and about 9.5MB/s read when transferring to internal storage.
My computer isn't the fastest so don't blame me if it is able to go higher.

Hi at all,

Update:
here is a site with new Firmware (Original) and Customs
http://www38.atwiki..../pages/108.html

i send back my aurora2 through wifi-problems back to my dealer.
now i have ordred the "Yandao N70"...

here i find a wlan-test for the Yuandao N70:
http://translate.goo...4%26typeid%3D94

now hope for good community

question:
1. does it give a fullscreen-patch (Hide Taskbar)?
2. does "Jelly Bean" will be released?
3. is android 4.0.4 running on the tablet with Google-Chrome-integration?
3. do you think this is the better alternative through aurora2 (will be exist custom-roms in feature???)

thanks...

Wise Choice in sending back the Aurora 2(filled with bug problems in the firmware) with the Window n70. My question Would be...the only problem reported the Window n70 is the Battery life. I wonder if Juice defender can work with it. Can anyone in this forum conferm that?

Bad news, Chrome doesn't work very well.
Beta sort of works but the full version gets force closes here and there.

I bought it from the link below.

I've ordered this Window N70 last week on www.worse site ever website. Shipping was very quick and I received it yesterday (China => France with DHL delivery, I've paid 16€ for customs charges).

I've received it with 20120630 firmware. Here are my first "review":

PRO:

* Unbeatable performance/Price: except newest quad core cpu smartphones and tablets, N70 is the most powerfull android device available. All games that I've tested are running smoothly.
* Very good quality screen, with impressive view angles
* Very good WiFi connexion
* good quality case / assembly
* good sound volume with headphone
* delivered with a good firmware and a new firmware is already available!

CONS:

* a periodicaly an error message "android.process.acore has been stopped". Perhaps solved with last firmware ?
* cheap volume / power buttons.
* my tablet have been delivered with a dead pixel (or dust ?) on top middle of the screen :(
* Battery cannot be charged by USB! Need to use dedicated charger. In add, charger is very poor quality and heats a lot during charge. A very bad point!
* lack of RK3066 optimized application yet (video player...). In add, some games doesn't run (Gameloft GT+ HD for exemple).
* battery stamina ? 45mn of video, 23% of battery used!

How should I proceed to update the firmware ?

* I've downloaded and installed Moborobo. I run it and my N70 is correctly connected.
* I've downloaded and run SuperOneClickv2.3.3-ShortFuse Modded and I can root and activates SuperUser rights
* I've downloaded lastest official firmware (20120711). It's a .img file. And I don't know to use it to upgrade my N70....

My phone: Galaxy S2, Sony Xperia Z Ultra 4G
My tablets: FNF iFive X2 16Go, Window N90

Is there any opponents for real racing 3? ?

Great Review, but the stamina of the battery really seems to be the problem...Would Juice Defender help?
