CWMR TOUCH VERSION how do I update to a later version?

I currently running TeamDRH Beta 1.2 and I noticed my version of CWMR is v5.5.0.4 beta 10. I came across
a version CWMR5504_recovery_B15. My questions are:

1. Should I update to beta 15 or stay where I am?
2. And if I should update, I forgot how to do this and would like a brief refresher course on how it is done.

Next part - Does anyone have any updated information on the 1.3 status that they can share?
