Could someone tell me how to browse and transfer files to/from my tablet from my computer please, using either wireless or the usb cable (or both actually, wireless sounds cool).
When you connect the usb cable to tablet, you'll get a "usb connected" notification and some button that says "Turn on USB storage". Push the button.
After a few seconds you'll also see on windows/PC some usb connected notification, and sometimes some screen to choose action (copy files, browse, play media bla bla bla) or just open an explorer window and look for the "removable storage". From there it's on you, where you want to go and what to copy.
Via WiFi- there are zillions of various applications to do just that, some of them complete with gui (for example AirDroid), or applications like Samba (or ftp etc etc) filesharing. You need to be on the same network, and usually you open explorer (or browser) type the ip address supplied by whatever-the-app-you-are-using on the tablet, sometimes a password (defined by you) and you'll be able to browse/copy/paste/move files etc.
WiFi connection is nice, but if you're talking about moving several GB of data (music, movies, lots of photos etc)- it will be way faster with usb cable..
And, last but not least: you have the internal user memory, and perhaps and sd-card inserted in the slot. If you don't recognize one of them during USB connection, make sure it is enabled for mounting on settings-->storage, each one has a separate checkbox.
A great answer given in other posts in the forum is to install the app AirDroid on your tablet, then follow the instructions. This uses your wireless and a browser to connect, and does so very nicely.
Just connect it..PC will install driver and go to My computer and found the addititnal storage icon. click and see ur file
