Hi,
sorry for my late answer.

If you have a 97s, I don't think that the jmi firmware will be suitable. The 97s is compatible with jmi tab t970 v1 and jmitech has provided only a jb firmware for v2 version.
They have a dispute with their manufacturer which delivered the firmware only for the last version and I don't think they are able to build one by themselves. I think they ask for some guys from arctablet but I don't have fresh news.

May be the best way to handle it is to solve the battery 1% issue with a jb firmware from another tablet, such as the visture v4. It is just beyond my knowledge. Another way could be to adapt cm10 keeping the 97s kernel. Again, it needs strong knowledge in programing.

an updated rom is available at the same address, with an improved touchscreen experience and other improvements.

This tablet is near what we could expect when it was launched, more than 1 year ago, which is ages in the tablet world.

You are absolutely right. :)

I was forget how I adjusted visibility of my device last year to update to orgos flash.
With this RKAndroid loader I was a bit confusing. But when first level drivers were installed I push Reboot to Flash and when device became black the correct drivers has being installed.
During flashing I was need to power the device because error during checking occured.

Now charging to starting enjoy.

1. Discharging of the battery was very quick (1% per minute) in 4.2.2.
2. Power + "Sound-" did not enter to the flashmode.
3. When try to push Power + "Sound+" device reseted somehow and never launch 4.2.2. It was starting (first 2 pictures) and freezing (on the 3d one or black screen)
4. So, I returned to 4.0.4 of the Orgos :(

I have worked on my 97S with Orgos V1.0C Android 4.04 for a year and started to check another firmware.
After several switching to 4.1 and 4.2.2 where some battery issues were present I return to the 4.04 and found out that after several minutes after work the tablet becam frozen :(
Do somebody advise how to return the functionality of 4.04 firmware?

Very good news

A 4.4.2 version is available, thanks again to Maakie. It was not really expecting to get the kitkat version for a clone tablet which is almost 2 years old. The antutu test gives between 14,5 and 15k

enjoy (at your own risks, as usual)
