Hi, I have a Superpad VI that I'm selling so I need to reset it to the factory default. Does anyone know how to do that?

I saw a youtube video of a woman showing how to do it buy holding the power butter plus the home button and the back button.

Despite that tablet looking EXACTLY the same as my tablet it must be different because that doesn't work on this tablet. Nothing happens if I hold those three buttons.

Thanks

On my P041 that key combination doesn't seem to work either; the fact that tablets look the same on the outside means absolutely nothing as there are lots of models and perhaps even different manufacturers using the same iPad-copy case.

The way I do a factory reset to my Superpad is installing a firmware update, which usually formats the tablet. I think this is valid for more recent Superpad and Flytouch models.

AS LONG AS it still runs properly,

You should be able to get the default setup by going thru SETTINGS
to PRIVACY
and allowing it to clean things out...

Exactly what it does after that is dependent upon the board details...

which we do NOT have.

That should do it tho... unless the software is more broken than you think! :D

Yes I am able to Factory restore from the Setting but now I have broken software and don't know how to factory restore by the buttons!
I have tried the reset button but it only make the tablet restart!
I have also tried the same as video but the tablet model in the video is old and flytouch no longer use this way to factory restore.

I hope anyone can help.

Thanks in advanced
