is there a fix for the EKEN A90 Rev.2 (P90) or is this tablet out of scope?
no, it has too many different things: partition layout and wifi for example
Will this still work if i Install the overclock kernel ,before I installed the full rom above I installed just the overclock kernel + the g-sensor app from updateme but the sensor compatibility option was nowhere to be found on reboot
or is the g-sensor app only working from this rom not from the updateme download??
with that rom you dont have to flash mxc622 fix, it's already built in (it's in the boot.img ramdisk), you can flash any kernel but remember you dont have to flash that fix, it's a one-time-fix, just for 0610 build
Why not? Why is that?
Btw, im installed cm9_nightly_20120607.zip, a7hd_compatibility_1.0.1.zip and kernel_os.zip and it works. Overclock is working, the kernel was updated to version 3.0.31.
But is not working touch screen. (((
Install CM9 Sanei 20120610.zip in N90, but the touch does not work with a mouse if it works perfectly, but the Touch does not work
about n90... 16 downloads on googlecode and 21 on androidfilehost and that's the first report... great!
btw, now n90 has the "legacy" support:
Legacy support: tablets that won't fully work with new kernels and are stuck with allwinner's, you can't download 3.0.31 kernels and any kernel related feature will be added
download 1.0.1 compatibility and you should be fine but remember that you can't update kernel from update me
about a7hd... that's why it has legacy support, i didnt wanna support it since the beginning because I was forced to use a dedicated kernel (that required my custom modules building too) to support your gsensor but anything will change for you because you were already running your kernel, there are some modules added (gamepads, bluetooth, tun, and some other stuff) but you lack of smartassV2 and other things.
it's not my fault if your touchscreen doesnt work with the new kernel, i had
to move to that mainly because:
- works much better
- it's actively developed mainly from amery that is a very good kernel developer
- i've moved boot image to an unified image that doesnt drive me crazy with custom boot images for every compatibility zip
