Battery drains too fast The battery don't charge at 100% and last 30 minutes

Hi guys! My name is Pablo and I am from Brazil. My Gemei G2 arrived this week and I realized that the battery don't charge at 100%, but just at 92-95%. When I get it off from the charger, the battery last only 30 minutes. I installed many apps trying to resolve this problem, but them don't work. What can I do?

Paul, that one. Have you tried to do a battery calibration?. In the market there are some applications for it. See if it works out and tell us. regards

Yes, I tried two apps but the problem still remains...
