Your welcome :)
It seems to be just like the other V1.0 firmwares. So it should be a lot quicker! ;)

Nice find!
I looked into all the files, and all are .img files that you can flash using livesuite.
He is talking about CWM because you can backup and restore with CWM.

I think it is the RAM frequency that is overclocked or something, versions:
360Mhz is the standard version that can be downloaded in the first post.
408Mhz: http://www.mediafire...xkvqz0ac0019sbi
432Mhz: http://www.mediafire...7887fn1rf1w6184
480Mhz(part 1): http://www.mediafire...77ytxseah61fcl8
480Mhz(part 2): http://www.mediafire...sj27li44fx494ic
These firmwares are EXACTLY the same, the only thing that is different is the RAM frequency.

360Mhz is just a very stable frequency. You could try the 480Mhz and check if that is stable. If it isn't stable at all, then please report :)
I think Sanei/Ampe also applied this tweak. It really depends on the quality of the RAM chips and the quality of the Allwinner A10 chip.
If the combination is just right, then you could 480Mhz.

This has to be flashed using CWM. It's sort of a backup from a member called leo0541.
It probably has things like useful apps, google play script etc. installed already ;)

FYI, I successfully flashed my Sysbay S-MP99 with the Icoo D90W version 4.0.3-11 V1.0 firmware this morning.

Everything works as it should (Wifi, hardware buttons, touch screen).

Since Icoo seems to be quicker releasing updates, this is a good way to keep your Sysbay S-MP99 updated :)

That's a nice find.
Does the Sysbay S-mp99 look like the ICOO D90W or the UPPO PO8003?

It looks more like the Uppo, because it has the same coffee color.

The inside of these tablets (Uppo PO8003, Sysbay S MP99, Smart E S11) is, besides small things, the same as the Icoo D90W and therefore the firmware is interchangeable.

Being unable doesn't say anything to us.
What steps have you tried already?

Maybe if you tell us what's going wrong?

Did you install the driver that came with the Livesuite package?

To get the tablet into flash mode, turn it off, connect USB, hold the Menu (Vol+) key and press the power key a couple of times quickly. Windows should see a new device and you should be able to flash it with Livesuite.

By the way, Sysbay have released a new firmware dated 20120413 here:
