Does anyone have success with USB OTG and connection of USB flash drives or something else?
I was try with bluetooth adapter and few flash drives and nothing happens.

Bluetooth adapter doesn't work, I haven't seen it working on any of the Allwinner A10 tablets that run stock firmware.
I am able to connect usb flash drive AND I am even able to connect a external hdd that DOESN'T need an external power supply!!!
My Onda VI40 can't do this...
You might want to check if you got the right otg cable, since I have two otg cables and one of them doesn't work on both my tablets.
Since ICOO didn't provide an otg cable, I am guessing you got the wrong cable...
You should check out this: http://forum.xda-dev...d.php?t=1092493
It explains why your cable probably doesn't work and you can test it if you have a multimeter with small/tiny probes.
I checked both my otg cables and only one of them(the right one) had pin 4 and 5 connected.

I have to say, the ICOO D90W is better than the Onda VI40!

Edit:
I modified the broken usb otg cable by connecting pin 4 to pin 5 and now it works :) Now I have two working otg cables :)

The new ROM made the ICOO D90W very fast and almost no bugs.

Only partially. I don't recommend installing it!

Try to flash firmware again with full format (this will erase complete internal SD memory).

Hi all,
I just got my ICOO D90W, but I am litlebit dissapointed about the app availability.

I upgraded to v1.2, the result seems the same...

Is there any chance, to install GoogleMaps or Facebook on that Tab? Googleplay does not even found it.. If I try via web browser, it actually finds GoogleMaps, but it says "not available in your country"
I tried with changing build.prop to GT-I9100, but no changes..

any suggestions, or should I give up?

PS: I was wondering if I could install firmware from AMPE A90 or any other A10 Tab on ICOO?

Thanks

Icoo has released new firmware for the D90W, but I think it is for a new batch with an other touchscreen.
Beware of this before you install.

Also, a member called 'ludeguy' reported a bootloop, this might be related to his problem.

I have a major problem. I tried first to update using the ICS playscript, it ended up with the tablet was resettet. But i get all thise "process has failed" popups
android.process.media has stopped and setup wizard has stopped..

Then i did something even worse i tried again, pressing 1 instead 3 i in the ics playscript so now i get the same pop ups but the icon seems smaller and it says wwelcome to GT-19100.

Can i fix it or do i have to order a new one? All i really wanted was to be able to install the facebook app.. Guess i should have done some reading..

Hope some of you can help me get it working again, cause its really a nice tablet.

Try installing CM9, it's a FAR better firmware than any other firmware around.

There is, but only for D90W v1 (before may 2012)

D90W v2 has other display hardware
