Need help on reflashing the D70W, since I'm not getting anywhere. Downloaded LiveSuit 1.09 and the latest img for 4.0.3 that was linked in another forum. However, trying to flash this way only give me error message "No device needs updating" and "Jump to upgrade mode fails".

Is there another method, can't seem to find it?

No, not so far. Temporarily (hopefully permanently) solved some problems anyway but still can't update.

android.process.media fc's seem fixed by updating old Media manager. 2.3.4 in tablet to 2.3.7 from phone.

Just download the original rom for your icoo d70w from the icoo site: http://soft.aoicoo.c...show.asp?id=254
yes, the download is slow, but be patient.
Once downloaded you will find a document in chinese that explains all the steps.
Simply translate it using google translate for instance and flash your tablet.
This shouldn't be to difficult...

But today I found This post on Pandawill and This post here in Novo7 forum that actually explains why Livesuit didn't recognize update mode...

And how to make it work.
