Looks like we should have some good options for accessories...

I am excited to start buying some.

Yes I would be very interested to see how it handles multiple accessories thrown at it.

I think that the android does not have such an adapter ,but theoretically you could
-buy http://www.usconvert...products_id=312
-run ubuntu linux on SmartQ devices http://www.slatedroi...tightvncserver/
-download and compile to kernel drivers http://www.usconvert...ds/kyrs9600.zip

BTW why you want use ethernet ?
If you want cheap file transfer PC<->tablet - buy wifi usb card (with AP mode) and use Wifi File Explorer for android.https://play.google....FileExplorerPRO

I use this to transfer my files PC<->smartfone

Most adapters don't supports linux and android devices.

I want to use the ethernet connection because I have some doubts that the wifi is harmless to health. They are still frequencies from 2.4 GHz (microwave), you do not think that could be harmful?

It's not the frequency it's the power that does most damage.
Microwaves out put the waves from 600 to 1000 Watt.
Our WiFi router will only output 0,1 watt, I have a WiFi amplifier and that outputs 2 Watts.
But I am not afraid for those figures.
You can find pro's and cons allover the internet.
I wouldn't worry too much.

It's true.
Normal power is only 100mW.
I have a WiFi amplifier also -1500 mW (1,5W) card -to increase my wifi range.
Besides, if you do not use the wifi to turn them off.
