WM 8650 MID 10.1 Inch Tablet ... PLEASE HELP SCREEN SIZE ISSUE

Hi, thank you so much for reading this post, as I am a complete NOOB (NEWBIE).
I got this tablet right before christmas and like many was VERY dissapointed to find out it was not a real android.
So after many many MANY installs, I found a program/update/install from your website that worked, almost.

The only thing wrong is that it shrunk the screen size down to about 7 or 8 inches, instead of being the full 10.1
Not really sure what to do, and hopefully I provide enough info.

I bought it from EBAY.
It doesnt vibrate (that I know of)
Green LED when charged, RED when it's not. Power button, black on the top of it.
MID is what the box said.

The software I got from this site that worked for it (except for the screen size) is :
Slatedroid Singularity MID V8 Final v5 (WMT1.5.0 Based)

PLEASE point me in the right direction of what I should do.
Hopefully the attatched pictures are somewhat helpful.
