Did I kill my 738A?

I am trying to flash onetab_xst2_flushs_rockfro_v1.0_standard_140dpi using RK2818 Batchupdate v.1.23.
>
>Start to Download image to flash
>Download Image Fail
>Upgrade Fail

and I am stuck. tablet doesn't starts at all
