The apex launcher for ICS is quite amazing. If you have not tried it take a look. I like much better than than the default launcher.

Now on topic...I also use APEX, but there are features of the stock launcher that I miss (i.e. access to widgets from the app drawer). Even tho I set the apk as a system app.

Apex is great! I like how smooth it feels.

oops..i didn't realize i posted in the wrong area. My n00b was showing. I will be more careful next time.

I should have mentioned the capacitive buttons thing. Not a big issue for me thought using ICS.
