I read on a different forum that others with faulty accelerometer's did this and it helped:

mount /data
rm /data/misc/akmd* /data/misc/rild*
reboot

Don't have my Aurora atm so I can't try it.

This is all I've got in my /data/misc directory:

android:/data/misc # ls
bluetooth
bluetoothd
dhcp
keychain
keystore
radio
systemkeys
vpn
wifi

I have 0.9b Clean ROM and problems with accelerometer... is there any help?
I found that: http://bbs.imp3.net/...603041-1-1.html
But is that a solution to my problem?

Just a note to say that my g-sensor is still out by over 20 degrees after upgrading to ECR 1.1a. It's bizarre that there's no way of calibrating it at a system level.

I got my Aurora just the other day and I had a problem too...

I tried some Frisbee game and it would only go to the left.

Look at the display settings under accelerometer and it was check under special coordinate for games. I switched it to standard default and it works now. Not sure if you have the same issues.
