 What is easier?

If the IP Address is always going to be the same then download GSCRIPT from MARKET and write the 2 lines of script as I have shown you and tick the SU box. Then just click on GScript and your new script to set the IP Address, Mask and DFGW - two clicks - it could not be easier - OR just wait until Zenithink add the correct function into the settings menu :unknw:

Arrghh I love flashing new roms even if they have to rebuilt from previous parts, but unfortunately my charger died and I don't think this thing uses there USB ports for charging.

Not too much of a problem, looks like any 9v charger with a 2.5 plug will work... around 1amp ... but I haven't gone and got one yet. The poor thing just sits there dead, or will come on for a few secs just to prove theres life in the lil' beastie :D

BTW don't worry too much about ICS etc. I've been flashing tons and tons of ICS variations and yeah - the whole os is much better, no denying that, but really needs the h/w to support it. You'd probably have more success with tweaked kernels, leaner launchers, etc. A lot can be done with existing apps, and even from pushing parts of the OS from the other models into this one. Once you have a look around the android filesystem you soon see how it works. The hard part is the kernel, really, the core of it all.

Honeycomb seems to have been forgotten in the leap to ICS too, but ICS brings it all together I suppose.
Zenithink ZT-280 Z102 A9 R10 ZePad (among other names...)
[ROM] Zenithink's Official ICS 4.03 Beta (mostly working, some small bugs)
Essentials: ES File Explorer, Titanium Backup, Elixir2, Google Music, Can't decide on a fave vid player, Mobo?
Tablet App: Endgadget Tab, Swiftkey Tablet, Google Currents, Feedly/Pulse...
Tab Gamers: Great Little War Game, and the usual - e.g. the Angrys :-)
