I think I will just stick to tethering off my phone as I have truly unlimited data each month. Its good to hear that all that you tried work though.

This might sound stupid, but what does a 3g data stick let you do ?

Get data connectivity from your wireless telephone carrier.

oh okay. I was thinking that's what it was, but I secretly hoping it let you use your phones data plan and not a separate plan.

I don't think anyone has reported a bluetooth adapter that has worked with the device.

Will test E173 and E1550.
When I get mine...

But do you use any specific app to register API and stuff for your carrier? Or do you do it in another way?

I am a newbie to Android and just got Aurora. As it has no 3G I am thinking of using the USB OTG and stick my 3G USB modem Dlink DWM 152 into it.

I tried but nothing happen as I do not even know what to do. I off the wifi and what else do I need to do? I try the apn but lot sure how to use. In pc there is a page for me to put the apn user id password and telephone number to dual.

But where do I find all these? Or is there a program to run ?

Hey guys, I use almaz market and root fix with great satisfaction over factory 4.0.3. :good:
I would like to use Huawey 3G stick E220 or E1750, but was not successful when 1st tried. I had to remove PIN form SIM card, that's done, but connection doesn't start, although the 3G stick looks like working - in fact nothing happens on my Aurora... :nea:
When I try to get in mobile settings on Aurora it always stops and informs me also "unfortunately, settings was stopped"
Thank you very much in advance for any idea/recommendation.

Update: one of my friends tested with his Aurora on essential rom 0.6, both sticks working.
