I am using robeet's Brilliant Corners 1.3.1 BL 1.2 with pershoot kernel:2. 6.32.43 cyongenmod root@pershoot-Ubuntu. I have not changed roms because I have had such great success with it and I am a android noob. When using Setcpu why do I not have access to scaling? I would like to accelerate to 1400mhz but only when it is needed(ondemand), but since I do not have access (as far as I know, being a android noob. I do not understand the SetCpu instructions page) I can not set it. Thanks

Reviving an old thread because I have the same question. Can someone shed some light on this?

What I have now come to believe is that depending upon the "kernel" some of them have "ondemand" set as the default, that is why the "scaling" button is greyed out. :-)

I believe you are right. There are newer kernels from Clemsyn you could try here in the 1.2 Development section.
