ICS, WiFi and 3G USB dongle

I have Allwinner tablet with Android 4.0.1 ICS. I have the following problem
Once I connect a 3G USB dongle (Huwaei in my case) and then disconnect it, WiFi never works again until I do a factory reset.
I used adb to capture the log attached. I have no idea where to start so I am calling on all Android developers to help me
